Net margin is the sale price minus the auction-house fee minus what you paid. Prices are the ones you recorded, so the ledger stays honest even when the market moves after the fact. Filtering and sorting work on the flips loaded on this page; Export CSV always covers the whole journal.
You have not recorded a flip yet
Start with an item you bought and its purchase cost. When you sell it, record the sale price to calculate fees and your net result.
You can also record a purchase from a deal or alert. Only purchases you confirm belong in your ledger.
The ledger is your own trading record, so it lives behind your Discord login. Sign in and every flip you confirm is kept with its fee, its net margin and how long your lucent sat in it.
The auction house keeps 21% of most sales. If your own cut was different, pick the rate you were actually charged — it comes off the sale price in the arithmetic below.
